California Notary Fees
Fees are charged per notarized signature, as established by California law.
​• Acknowledgment: $15 per signature
• Jurat: $15 per signature
• Oath or Affirmation: $15 per person
• Certified Copy of Power of Attorney: $15 per copy​
Mobile Service Fees
Mobile service fees cover travel and standard appointment time, based at your location.
• Temecula: $35
• Murrieta: $45
• French Valley & Wildomar: $55
• Menifee & Winchester: $65
• Lake Elsinore & Extended Areas: $75+​​
Extended Services & Policies
Certain appointments require additional coordination, flexibility, or extended on-site time beyond standard mobile service.
​• Hospitals, Assisted Living, or Care Facilities: +$35 facility coordination fee (in addition to mobile service fee) ​
• Witness Services: +$25 per witness (availability may vary) ​
• After-Hours Appointments (7:00 PM–10:00 PM): +$25​
• Extended Wait Time: +$1 per minute after the first 15 minutes

• Cancellation / Non-Completion: If the notary arrives and the appointment cannot be completed for any reason, the applicable mobile service fee may still apply. ​​
